Direct Burial
£1,695 + 3rd party fees
Give your loved one a very simple, no-fuss burial which is much less stressful and much more affordable.

Direct Burial
A direct burial is a very simple, no-fuss burial which is much less stressful and much more affordable.
There is no funeral service or ceremony beforehand with minimal paperwork involved, giving you the freedom to arrange a more personal service or get-together at a venue and time that suits you and your family and friends.
Who is Direct Burial suitable for?
-
Families who want a simple, private, dignified burial without a funeral service.
-
Those wishing to hold their own personal memorial later, in their own way.
-
Anyone who prefers a quieter, less traditional approach without the formality or pressure of a ceremony.

What are third-party fees?
Third-party fees are the cemetery’s own charges for the plot and the burial itself. These fees are set by the cemetery, not by us, and they vary depending on which cemetery you choose, the type of plot, and whether it is a parish, council, or natural burial ground. They typically include the cost of the grave space, the interment fee, and any administration or preparation required by the cemetery staff.
We will always give you a clear, itemised breakdown of these fees before you make any decisions, so you can see exactly what everything costs with no surprises. If you’re unsure which cemetery is most suitable or most affordable, we’re here to guide you through the options and explain everything in a calm, straightforward way.
When will the burial take place?
Once all of the necessary paperwork has been completed and the cemetery has confirmed a suitable date, the burial will typically take place within a few days.
We will guide you through each step, keep you fully updated as arrangements progress, and make sure you always know exactly what to expect.
