24 hour service
You have access to our services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Continuity of Care
Continuity of care is important and we ensure that the same dedicated funeral director with whom you make the arrangements is available to you for the funeral.
Dignity
We have both male and female staff who are trained to dress and prepare your loved one, should you wish to spend some more time with them. If you have a preference, please tell your funeral director.
Embalming is invasive, and we believe unnecessary in most instances. We would be pleased to discuss this procedure with the bereaved.
Respect
We have a dedicated arrangement room at our premises to ensure privacy when making the funeral arrangements. We will also be pleased to visit your home to make these arrangements if you so wish.
Preference
Cremations are available 7 days a week.
You are free to have as little or as much involvement in the days up to and including the funeral as you wish.

Integrity
We will serve you with care and respect, the way that we would like to be treated. We will never pressurise you to buy goods or services you do not require.
We will provide you with a clear written quotation showing you the total cost of the funeral as well as written confirmation of the funeral arrangements.
